What is Final Sale?

Final Sale means no returns or exchanges. We are unable to accept items that are purchased on Final Sale for return or exchange. 

Final Sale items are marked in several places including:

  • On the specific product page
  • At checkout
  • On your order confirmation

Can I have a refund if I missed the sale or the price of an item dropped?

If the price of an item you have purchased drops (or qualifies for a promotion) within 14 days of your order and the item you ordered is still in stock in the size and fit you ordered, the Guides can adjust the price for you.

To receive a price adjustment, contact the Guides within 14 days of your order date, and we'll refund the difference to your original form of payment or store credit.

Please note that Icon Status items are not eligible for promotions or price adjustments.

 

Do you have a student discount?

We are happy to offer a discount to U.S. college students looking to improve their campus style. You can receive a 20% discount for five orders over the course of a year. See terms for details.

 

All you have to do is verify that you are an active student by heading to this link: https://bonobos.com/promotional-offers.

 

When verified, you'll receive an immediate pop-up with your unique code that works for five orders. You'll also receive an email with the code as well. It's important to note that this code has five uses, and that those uses are not based on user, so if someone else gets ahold of your code, they can use it, too.
